It’s Time to be Radical about Self-Nurturing.

Do you have a regular self-nurturing practice? Do you take time out for you? To fill your cup? To care for your Body? Mind? Soul?

You need to nurture yourself so you are able to show up in your life as the best version of yourself. So you can share your magic with the world. You can not pour from an empty cup, dear beautiful women. You need to take care of you.

We live in a culture where being busy all the damn time is a badge of honor. A culture that puts mamas and women on a pedestal who keep giving to others to the detriment of herself. As women we are expected to be selfless and if you have children even more so. But I’m calling Bull Shit on that.

You deserve time for you. You need time just for you. So this week I want to invite you to try to nurture yourself, body, mind, and soul. You are worthy of the time and effort to make you feel whole and loved.

Below I have lists from 3 different pillars of self-nurturing, try these ideas and share in the comments your ideas so we can all start caring for ourselves and change the narrative of what it looks like to be a woman.

Be the example so other women have permission to rest and fill their cups. And next time you see a woman taking time out to take care of herself, to self-nurture, go to her, tell her how freaking amazing she is and that you are damn proud of her for taking time out for herself.

And girl, remember you are enough exactly as you are, you are worthy of all your dreams and you are so incredibly loved.
